Throw some fresh garlic and ginger into better than boullion chicken flavor + water and heat it up for easy fake "Asian" style broth. Remove garlic and ginger, cook noodles in broth, top with some cooked shrimp and/or pork slices, green onion, and season with soy sauce or chili sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.

You need a good broth base really. Either make your own, or buy bone broth or whatever, that tends to be higher quality and has collagen in it that gives it that depth. Failing that, I know the Swanson Artisan broths are pretty good, but they are more French mirepoix focused. Then it's just toppings. You can do soft boiled egg, scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and maybe fried marinated meat strips as easy adds, or look into chashu pork if you want a project.

This right here since you only have access to a microwave. Better than boullion has the advantage of being able to be stretched further than cubes. Heating up some frozen vegetables to add wouldn't hurt either.
