why is it in a pan?
perhaps your dough was too tacky - often accounts for folds and overlaps like that

i use a well floured edgeless cookie pan to slide my pies into the oven - never bunches up like that

cool 'za and that but yeah wheres the pepperoni? (the only true topping for a pizza)

Put it in a pan after taking it off the stone. Don't have a 'za peel so I had to use the back of a baking sheet which is why it's a rectangle. Also using such a ghetto tool was hard as fuck which is why it fell on the stone lookin like Australia. Tasted p good tho

cover everything in flour. cover the dough in flour before stretching and after stretching even. slap the dough back and forth between your hands a few times to slap all of the excess flour off. it should be floured well enough to slide around on your peel and not stick to the stone but not enough that you'll notice it when the pizza is cooked

It’s probably tasty and you seemed to get a nice crust. You’ll likely improve with the shaping as you make more. I think you should use less sauce next time to keep the crust from getting soggy.
