What are some good lunch time foods to get while at work? Most of the time I just buy shit from the vending machine that doesn't have carbs and sugar but I'm getting tired of paying a premium for cheap shit.

For the less than the cost of your vending machine foods, you can buy a fresh loaf of bread and some good cheese or roast beef which you will enjoy much more.

>You may have heard that your brain needs 130 grams of carbs per day to function properly. This is one of the most common myths about low-carb diets.
>The lower limit of dietary carbohydrates compatible with life apparently is zero, provided that adequate amounts of protein and fat are consumed."
>It is a common myth that you need to eat 130 grams of carbs per day to provide the brain with energy.

that doesnt debunk anything, it only proves the brain CAN run on ketones. But eating a bunch of fats and processed meats puts you at risk for a bunch of other conditions. Why eat like a moron when you could simply eat less?

so you post a source that is run by a company that "acquires customers" for healthcare industry? You want me to believe a site trying to sell me out to a healthcare company is going to feed me trustworthy unbiased medical advice? Fuck off.
