ill always have a soft spot for shin ramen since i grew up with it but i kind of grew out of instant noodles for the most part unless i have a hangover. then nothing better than shin with some green onions and bean sprouts. other than that the two in pic are my fav

This one requires no prep. Its so flavorful on its own. If im really hungry I'll dump a bowl of cooked white rice in after I finish the noodles. Soaks that broth up so well and is so filling.

Have you ever made your own. This is the closest i get for a basic bowl:

boil 1 1/2 cup of water and your stock (i use 1 1/2 vegetable stock cube mostly but you can chose your own) add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and i sesame oil. add grated garlic and ginger. Boil it up and simmer to release all the flavours. Strain the stock into your bowl and add your noodles. I usually top it with whatever veg i have leftover like leeks, spring onions or bok choi.
