I went from 177 to 167 doing nothing more than watching caloric intake. And I'm a drunk so it made it that much more difficult for me since drinking gives you the munchies. I followed the 1000 liquid calories of alcohol + multivitamin + 500 calories of solid food diet. It's not healthy at all but it works for me. Count how many calories you eat in a day. Get it exact, buy a food scale if you have to. Then, over the course of the next week eat 100 less calories each day. You need to understand that you're at the point where any advice we could give to save you would at the same time be torturous.
Your body is SO SICK that it doesn't know what is good anymore, so, yes: it's not going to be fun, you're going to shit and puke and scream and sweat and be uncomfortable.

If I could hypothetically have complete control over you I would do the following:
-For four weeks, that's 28 days, I would feed you nothing but potatoes and water. That's it. You can have them baked or boiled. No butter. But you can have as many as you want.
The purpose of this first step is to completely reset your palette so that you can be reintroduced to food. Your body no longer understands what is yummy: it only understands your cravings. After four weeks of potatoes your palette will by hyper-sensitive: everything will taste super delicious.

-Step two is to wean you onto real food by feeding you nothing but cabbage soup ( Recipe I use https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DxS-CIJFj8 ). Because you had been forced to eat potatoes for fucking weeks this will be the most delicious, most umunmunmnumunm, best thing you will ever fucking eat. You will eat that while you are introduced to other real foods and until you have reached a desired weight. That's it. Very easy step.
It is vitally important you do not consume any junk food at this point or you will immediately relapse and nothing will change.

-Step two and a half is to have you go out for a walk, twice a day, walking will be done when you are the following: sweating, short of breath, in some amount of pain, but not too much. The time limit will be set by your body.

That's it. You would lose weight: I guarantee it. You would shit weight, fart weight, piss weight, and sweat weight.
The only hard part about this would be getting you to do these things and actually KEEP doing them.

you need to GET RID of all the food in your pantry/stock/collection/fridge that isn't good for you.

I lost lots of weight on the Keto diet but it started with giving away and throwing away tons of food I had that didn't conform to the new diet, and only buying groceries that did conform. Also completely cutting out any eating out at restaurants and fast food from my life was necessary because its a slippery slope for your willpower.

I don't think Keto is a particularly healthy diet but i was able to lose 100 pounds on it fairly easily and pain free, it severely limits the food options that are available to you.

Canister of Citrucel "fiber" powder.

Drink a shake rather than 1-2 meals each day. Two snacks of soup or tossed salad (premake them). As much as you can tolerate in other words. One normal meal at whatever time you need it, maybe you're ravenous in the morning, or maybe it's dinner.

In the meantime, no more food buying. None other than your milk and veggies. You're in no danger of starving in case of apocalypse, so no more food purchasing added to your larder. Progresso soup is good for calorie counting, but it's 2 servings per can and the salt can increase thirst. Cabbage soup diet recipe is easy. Can make a pot of it, portion it into the freezer, to bring out on days you overdid it earlier. Forget exercise for now unless it's floating in the pool. You need to get your hunger down, incl maybe staying off the internet. Read a book. Light a candle. Settle down. Pray.

Drop 20lbs, in the meantime, see a doctor to get a water pill.
