Course of action
Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together with finely chopped dill and chives, zest and juice of ½ lemon, salt and pepper.

Mix the dressing together with the prawns, white asparagus and season with salt and pepper and possibly. a little more lemon juice and grated lemon peel.

Bong here. I sometimes get a bag of frozen mini prawns and slap them on buttered bread with lettuce and salad cream. Been doing it for years. Simple as.

First two is fresh prawns with mayonnaise. You usually add some fresh herbs to make it more appealing.
The last is smoked mackerel in tomatosauce with mayonnaise.
It may sound disgusting, but if homemade and/or of good quality it's pretty good.
