for younger people, yes. but I've developed an allergy to it, I think, and it congests my lungs, might even give me pneumonia. So I don't eat dairy products anymore.

Fermented milk products are pretty good too and easier to digest if you have trouble with lactose.

Its good for you if your options are
A. Possibly starve to death
B. Drink milk
Otherwise, no milk isn't good for you, most people have varying degrees of intolerance towards it past childhood, and cows don't produce milk non-stop. Cows only make milk for a while after they give birth, meaning milk is full of estrogen, and cows have to be impregnated right after giving birth their whole lives, and baby cows are taken away from their mothers shortly after birth to prevent an emotional bond from forming because that's seen as more humane.

Milk is bad for you and bad for the environment and really unethical.

all edible food, all food, is good for you. the question is, for a particular person, is one particular food overall better for them than another particular food, at a particular time in their life? milk keeps babies alive. lots of people have consumed milk and had no problems. those with lactose intolerance cannot drink regular milk. again, no food is good, no food is bad. even nutritionally empty foods like diet soda are better for some people than sugar, and any food that provides calories can keep someone alive. stop worrying about what you eat. just move more towards plant based and reduce your reliance on animal cruelty, and try to support susstainable agriculture. eat locally, seasonally, when possible, and never neglect the emotional component of food. if having a big mac makes you ecstatic, do it. just dont do it 3 times a day.

It's not really bad or good for you. You should also only drink it if you're white. You don't need it in your diet but some dairy products are good for getting a lot of protein like whey protein powder. But just drinking milk isn't the best and has a lot of hormones in it. Oat milk or almond milk would be better to drink.

Here's a redpill on milk:

1) sheep, goat, buffalo, and Indian cow milk are all good for you because they lack the A1 beta casein which causes inflammation. Much of milk's inflammatory effects are actually unique to degenerate whitoid milk. Indicine Zebu cattle lack this casein completely (a few taurine breeds do as well, but holstein-frisians all produce it)

2) lactose intolerance is a myth. The Japanese, the most "lactose intolerant" ethnicity on earth, are able to almost unanimously tolerate a 200 mL cup of milk (81% tolerance).

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF02775921

This is because lactose just acts like any other fiber if you don't digest it. In a small minority of people it can cause bloating, but in most it just acts like vegetable fiber. Hypocritically, you don't hear people saying that humans are vegetable intolerant, and that we should all go on carnivore diets because we can't digest cellulose.

This also means that virtually everyone on planet earth can drink milk without issue.

3) The "lactose tolerance" medical test uses the amount of lactose in a QUARTER GALLON of milk.

If you ever test as "lactose intolerant", it simply means you cannot drink half a carton of milk in one sitting. Which is a meaningless qualifier for most people. You can likely drink one glass or even one pint of milk without issue, particularly if you're not Mongoloid.

4) The Aryans were 100% lactose intolerant.

The pastoralist dairy-consuming Aryans who invaded Europe (and north India) were 0% for lactose tolerance gene. Out of several dozen fossils, 0 tested positive.

5) Most dairy has zero lactose.

Even for the small minority of the world who is lactose intolerant, almost all dairy products lack lactose.
Lactose is a sugar, so it's water soluble. This means that any fresh cheese (mozarella, paneer, curds, etc) is going to have almost zero lactose.
Any fermented cheese (cheddar etc) will have literally 0 lactose.
Butter (100% fat) will have no lactose since the sugar is water soluble, not fat soluble.
Cream (mostly fat) will have much less lactose than milk.
Yogurt (fermented) will have little lactose because the bacteria digest it.

Milk is pretty much the only dairy product that contains lactose.

In conclusion,

anti-dairy propaganda is mostly the work of soicuck vegans and whitecucks who are butthurt that they don't have a genetic monopoly on milk.

TLDR: The harmful effects of milk come mostly from European cow milk, most people are actually lactose tolerant regardless of ethnicity, and most dairy products don't even contain lactose to begin with.

Drink goat/buffalo/A2/Indicine milk, if you have bloating limit it to one 240 mL glass, and if you still have bloating then consume other dairy products since they have no lactose.

>lactose intolerance is a myth because 80% of japanese people can drink less than a cup without having diarrhea
so how do you explain the other 20% who can't even have that small amount? you basically disproved your own claim.

it just means a small amount of milk doesn't have enough lactose to cause problems. i actually do drink up to a quart of milk sometimes with no problems. and lactose is a sugar, it causes problems with some people because when it's not digested properly bacteria feed on it farther along in the digestive tract which is when the problems start. it's not like fiber.

nice try cuck. The claimed intolerance rate for Japs is 95%.
In reality, it's only 19%.
Your gay faggot little minutiae doesn't matter.

And the vast majority of the earth is far less than 95% by traditional claims. East/South Europeans for example, are at 50%, which means the reality is even lower than 19%.

>>14384423
when discussing food intolerances, saying that they don't exist because you can consume a very small amount without getting sick is silly. if anything only being able to consume less than a normal serving size proves it's real. a better comparison would be one bite vs one full slice of pizza.
