So... the second closest McDonald's to my house has these promo codes on their receipts, which allow you to fill out a short online survey, which basically turns that receipt into a BOGO coupon for anything on the menu. There's also several digital coupons that they can scan from your phone if you have the McDonald's app. So last night I went to the drive thru and ordered two triple cheeseburgers. Typically $3 each, I only paid for one of them thanks to the receipt promo/coupon.
Then, I asked for a seperate order because you can only use one coupon per transaction. On that order, I ordered large fries and used the phone app coupon so that they only cost $1 instead of $2.69. I saved a total of $5.69 on a single visit to McDonald's, and I have two new BOGO promo receipt coupons to use next time. Sometimes, I take a screenshot of the phone app coupon, because the app won't give you another digital coupon until 60 minutes later. So an hour after I take the screenshot, I can use another screenshot coupon along with it on my next visit, as long as they're for seperate orders.
Sometimes, I'll head to two seperate McDonald's so that I can use three or four promo receipts/app coupons between them, which can require a few hours of peparation.
After filling out the survey a handful of times, the website said that I or someone in my household had redeemed the promo too many times, and that I'll have to wait until the next month to use it again. I was able to get around this by opening an icognito tab on Chrome, and had no problems filling out the survey after that.
Is it embarrassing and shameful to be such a cheap ass? Of course it is but such is life. Do you guys have any really good deals on food where you live that you enjoy?

Only spent $6.50 for $11.59+ worth of food though. Isn't $6.50 per meal normal?
