I made curry tonight too, it was lovely.
Except, the sides burnt up the pan while it was in the oven. It didn't boil dry or anything, just the sides of the pan above the waterline. I guess that means it was too hot? It was only at 150C.

Indian rice is supposed to look, and be, a little dry. That's because it's supposed to stay as individual grains though. It's not supposed to be sticky rice.

I'm not OP.
For the naan:
300g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 or 3 tsp of oil
Milk until it makes a dough, shouldn't be more than 150ml
Makes 6 naan. Will make the dough before making the curry, and fried rice, and cook after, before the poppadoms.

Garlic naan:
Take a bulb of garlic, peel cloves
Place on baking tray, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and brown/demarara sugar
Roast at 180 - 200 C for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
Place cloves on dough, fold and roll.

Peshwari naan
Loose handful of almonds, cashews and pistachios. Plenty of dessicated coconut, some sugar. Blend.
Roll naan, place mix, roll out one more time.

Place in dry frying pan on 3/4 heat. 2 - 3 minutes per side.
