Actually and completely sincerely based.
There is no reason whatsoever to go to taco bell if you live near a del taco.

The original green or "spicy" sauce that was an alternative to the regular red sauce. The Verde in the packet isn't the same shit.

Either way, they don't have either version anymore. I liked the taste of the newer verde despite the lack of heat.

is it just me or does 'schorcho' sound more intense than 'inferno'?

Also the colors going red for mild to orange for the hottest is real dumb

Diablo sauce or no sauce

I stopped eating fast food before they added diablo, how does it compare to fire?

Why dont they have verde anymore? I was still able to find some in bottles at the grocery store, but those are starting to disappear too.

Reminder that fire sauce is the only one that has actual food (tomato) as a base, all the others start with corn syrup

It's not that much hotter but it has a distinct "warm spices" kind of flavor that's a little weird coming from a greasy hash house for late night drunks and early morning stoners.

I have probably more than 100 packets from back before Taco Bell betrayed me from getting rid of nearly everything good. I just tasted one plain and it has more heat (you'd hope, right) but tastes more spice and possibly citrus-based than tomato-based.

Fire Sauce, Crunch Wrap Supreme, Baja Blast, Soft Tacos. The only thing Del Taco has over Taco Bell is the Epic Carnitas Burrito.

Fire

Diablo is too spicy to actually enjoy the food. Like it’s not even hot on the Scoville scale. Just unenjoyable.
