I got drunk last night and was craving some Reeses peanut butter cups and my mom wouldn't drive me to the store so I melted this together. What do you guys think?

1 3/4 cups light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
1 cup water
Food coloring and 2 bottles of your favorite lor-ann flavoring oil
Candy thermometer

Mix everything but the oil and food coloring and bring it to hard crack temperature. Mix in coloring and flavoring. Pour it on a cookie sheet heavily dusted with confectioners sugar. Let cool, crack into pieces with the handle of a butter knife ( uk lads can make this too! No loicense required)

This is good to make for holiday gifts and gathering, or cheap kid treats. Cinnamon and cherry are my favorites, but sometimes I make lemon, or tangerine and clove (1 bottle of each and a few drops of cinnamon tastes just like russian friend tea)

Oh, and just boil water in the pot you use to melt the candy residue off, drop the spatula in too.
