Confirmed, but don't forget big cheese is using the same ovens as the funeral home that used to be there.

I could go for a Pizza Rustica right now, as well. Little salad on top, perfect midnight snack.

I live west coast of FL nowadays, and there's plenty of delicious northeast and midwest expats catering to other expats, snowbirds, and tourists with delicious Italian everywhere. Even the cheese is locally delicious.

>So.... would you?
No I wouldn't. Pollo des arboles (chicken of the trees) is not good meat. Anthony Bourdain said he'd rather stick forks in his eyes and jump right off that cliff right there (while in Mexico) than ever have to taste iguana again, and that was with some good looking salsa!

They've gone from cool looking dinosaurs, to a bit annoying when they poop right in and all over around your pool to contaminate with their salmonella feces, or fall out of a tree you parked around for shade and knock you unconscious with a concussion, to nuisances laying in the road, on top of your vehicle with their little scratchy nails to sun. They've gone from controlled "roundup" periods to seriously just no permit anymore open hunting season since last year as long as you do it "humanely" you can kill them in your yard. Basically, they don't honestly want to know what you did to dispose of it.

But, be sure they can be poisoned by any homeowner hoping it dies soon, if you try to eat one as a free dinner!

They cause damage to native plantlife that harbors other species like butterflies, or eats bird eggs for nesting species, so there's an effect on more than the expensive rare flora like people's orchid collection and other goodies in tropical yards. They burrow to destroy sidewalks, city roads, driveways, and quite expensive to restore miles of washing in canal banks, to cement repouring for seawalls. If you have a million dollar waterway house? Enjoy repairing it for $150,000 each year.

In Florida iguanas and agamas will just fall out of trees when it gets cold and you can pick them up off the ground in the morning. 80 pounds is too big for an iguana though, that's probably an alligator. There's nothing wrong with a restaurant having alligator, it's on the menu at the steakhouse in my town, but 80 pounds seems really small. The restaurant probably has other problems that caused the shutdown.

It's a thing that happens.

Iguanas have the ability to change the color of their skin, a bit like a chameleon, but they use it to signal their mood. When a fully mature iguana becomes angry and feels the need to defend its territory, it becomes orange as a warning sign. If you approach an iguana that's orange, he will bite you.
