My stomach is starting to hurt about an hour after I drink any energy drinks. Do I have an ulcer? I'm 31

Drinking fermented cabbage juice cures ulcers. You'll have to ferment it yourself, but the entire set up (half gallon mason jar, blender, strainer, ferment airlock) won't run you more than 40 bucks. Look into it.

Caffeine and artificial sweeteners can cause digestive issues even when there are no other problems present. You should give them up for a while and focus on having a healthy diet until your system goes back to normal. Then maybe find a healthier alternative to processed energy drinks.

Ulcers are 99% bacterial, a guy won a nobel price for proving it by drinking the bacteria and getting an ulcer then curing the ulcer with anti-biotics.
Fermentation bacteria is fine, everyone who eats kimchi has it anyway. The idea is that bacteria will fight for space in your gut and if the fermented cabbage bacteria win then you're happy because that kind is fine in your gut.
Bacteria are really good at killing each other, they have all sorts of evolved poisons and things for killing other bacteria and being the last microbe standing on a food source.
It's probably not an ulcer but eating a shitload of kimchi won't do you any harm and it's quite good in lots of ways as well as being delicious so give it a go.

People have been eating fermented food for years.
Kimchi, fermented sauerkraut, bread, pretty much anything soy, fish sauce (including worcestershire), many hot sauces, tea,....

Anyway, shit's at least not bad for you.
Try to hold it to 1 energy drink a day for a while, maybe no energy drinks once in a while, and you will probably feel much better.
And a few bites of kimchi now and then probably won't hurt, either.

>Ulcers are 99% bacterial
This used to be true, before antibiotics were used to kill hpylori or before people abused antibiotic usage much of the year, and likely ended up taking them a couple of times of year just because of the sniffles. Ulcers are because of abuse more often in modern times.

Also, nowadays about 40% of the time, statistics are simply made up on the spot by about 72% of people, for at least 50% of the time to sell their point.

Talk to your doctor now. Whatever it is you do need to do next? Requires a trial of some meds, some tests and a doctor for sure. In this era of covid, you want to avoid an emergency room situation right now, so schedule the next step asap. In the meantime, grab some meds for anxiety while you're there, and switch to ordinary caffeine from some nice hot or iced tea, no more acidic coffee, no more energy drinks and soda for a bit. Dial down the spice and get more bland mildness on your foods while you wait for the appointment.

Some bacteria are beneficial and necessary for a healthy body. You already have around an entire pound or more of bacteria in your digestive system. Sometimes the bad bacteria grows too much and you need to introduce more of the good stuff. Bacteria that ferment food without spoiling it are generally good, because they're the ones that help you digest food properly.
