I live in Canada, so its not legal here. I have yet to try it. I go for the 10, 18, or 33% fat milks instead. I do fine with it, even though some swear its bad for you.

Right now I have been fermenting high meats, and blood; that adds a kick to your step. It is like what I imagine an elixer from Final Fantasy, that heals all your health and mana, would taste like.

so I like to make fermented organic red bell peppers and ginger carrots, both are sweet, use salt and whey, the whey helps it a lot, i get it from raw milk

I like to sprout small seeds like chia and onion seeds, lots of sprouting guides online, i usually eat vegetables with homemmade mayo (cold pressed evoo and egg yolk)
