OP here. I forgot to mention that I'm a huge faggot. Not sure if that matters.

Utensils when eating vast majority of foods. Party foods and lunch foods are hand-eaten, though. Obviously there's some bleedover (like breakfast sandwiches - with sandwiches normally being a lunch meal - eaten with the hands) but otherwise it's pretty cut and dry.

Yes but my hands have to be clean and dry all the time or else I get anxious. I can touch food during the process of cooking because I am right next to my sink and know that I will be able to wash my hands immediately after but I can't eat anywhere other than my house or a place where I know there will be a bathroom.

I mean, if the situation calls for utensils - like chopsticks and spoons and shit, obviously no. But sushi can be eaten with the hands. Middle eastern food is eaten with hands. Island culture sometimes eats with their hands.

Ah fuck, I was raised like this too in Britain. My family still do it. Next time you're in an Indians toilet, notice a empty milk bottle or some other empty bottle kept by the toilet. They fill it with water and wash their arses with it.

It's not too different to washing your arse in the shower except you don't use soap and honestly a lot of trad Indians don't wash their hands properly.... It's just a quick rinse under running water, bit of soap if you're lucky.
