Going to have to liquidate and move assets until some of the production line can be salvaged. Get as many productive assets rolling out to local delivery markets as efficiently as possible. Cauterize anything that is non-productive fast.

I'd use that same time to experiment with the menu creating multiple brands, and offering kids specific delivery. Maybe I'd warehouse the animitronics until we could start bringing them back but likely I'd create an entirely new venue with all new technology in 2-3 years when all this horseshit going on is settled. For certain I would use what good faith in the name is left during this process.

Would definitely go postal on making sure the menu rocked and was offering near cost deals to get the word out on the new brand and menus.

I'd probably do some "save chuck e" campaigns wherever that markets well. I'd definitely do a ton of fundraiser events and other virtue signaling crap to throw out to the media.

Then, at some point, I'd circle back and make sure the company was still on mission for being there for the kids. Because a kid should be a kid and we don't have enough of that right now.

Minimize, if I could I would break down the chains into small pizza places with maybe a small kid area. Less about a party and more like small family escapes. Come relax and eat for an hour.
If I could make money that way and keep the compay running, I would slowly start funding cheap, click bait and ad ridden chucke cheese phone games to draw in kids and nostalgic people ( I'll use the old and new mascots).
The biggest issue with the place was their emphasis as a "party place" so people only go for events and a kid asking about Chuck e cheese in a Tuesday doesn't work out.
Make them small places for parents to ease and kids to enjoy. Those are far in-between really.
