Wellington can be fun. Make sure you cook the duxelles long enough to get the water out or you'll have a soggy mess. Mustard on the inside is a must. Sear the meat. I'd make some kind of red wine sauce if I were you. Honestly it seems kind of intimidating due to price and all, but it's not actually that hard; follow any of the hundreds of recipes online and you ought to do just fine.

So much this.

You gotta cook those mushrooms until they're nearly completely dry if you want them to absorb the juices the beef gives off as it cooks. Otherwise, the bottom of the crust will dissolve in the oven and you're fucked.
