Ate some disgusting trash and now my tummy is sore. What can I eat or drink to take away the feeling of having eaten some god awful food?

Whenever I've been in that kind of situation in the past I've found the best approach is don't try to eat anything else and just take some tylenol PM or benadryl to sleep it off. The longer you sleep the more your body has a chance to process that crap so it gives your guts less trouble when you wake up a few hours later.

Ginger tea, water, or just wait it out.
