I do mine pretty basic style: tablespoon of butter to set the stage, once that's melted I pour in the egg and let it go until I see the second layer of eggwhite firm around the yolk. If you can't move the egg from the spot you poured it, let it cook some more. Since I like mine over easy I just flip it over and wait about 15 seconds before it's done.

I do maxim heat for scrambled eggs but not sunny side.
Max heat on cast iron after cooking bacon or other meat.
Add butter and eggs and just mix for 30 seconds and they are almost cooked then take them off and they will be done in a minute or 2 sitting on the plate.

I cook my scrambled eggs on a non-stick pan with no oil or butter.

Add 3 large eggs to a bowl and scramble with a fork until eggs have a consistent texture.

Pre-heat the pan on high heat for 2 or 3 minutes, add the eggs and swirl the pan to make sure every part of the pan is covered.

Allow to cook on the heat for roughly 10 seconds, then take the pan off the heat and use a plastic spatula (not metal) to constantly move the eggs around as they cook.

The remaining heat of the pan will continue to cook the eggs, simply remove the eggs from the pan once your desired level of cooked eggs is reached.

No oil explosions, no spatter, no fuss, just simple, scrambled eggs. Add to buttered bread or whatever dish you're creating and it's done.

Set the heat to a nice low temperature and oil it lightly, the egg will cook slower, have less of a chance of being burned or undercooked. wait until the thicker more "mucus" consistancy part of the white is like, actually white and not clear, this will give you a firm base for the spatula to grab, and less of a chance of ripping your yolk open and ruining everything.

Use a nice large spatula, if you used enough oil then it should slide under the egg super easily. You could always stop here and put it on your plate if your into sunny side up, but if not, flip it and let it cook on the other side for a while, maybe 5-10 seconds depending on how you want the yolk to be.

basting is also an option, it removes the need for flipping assuming you have a tight fitting lid for your frying pan.
