If I'm making an omelet, 2 or 3
If I'm putting it on a burger, 1.
If they're hard-boiled, soft-boiled, or deviled eggs, I might just eat the whole goddamn carton they're so good.

I buy a 6 pack of eggs like every 2 months and then eat them in a course of a week and can't even imagine eating any more eggs for the rest of the 2 months
I don't know what it is, I like eggs, but eating them any more often than that make them absolutely disgusting to me

If with toast, 1 per slice of toast.
Omelettes are 3 or 4 depending on what I'm putting in it.

I'll eat eggs most mornings just because they're quick and easy on the stomach

I do half a dozen every day for breakfast.
I start with a tablespoon of butter in a pan then put some herbes de Provence in it to steep while I get the eggs out. Then I crack the eggs into the pan, season them, cover and bump the heat up to medium low until the whites are opaque while the yolks are still runny.
