Ever just eat a block of cheese in front of the computer? I know it sounds weird but there's nothing like biting into a chunk of fresh mozzarella.

I've had some sharp cheddar. Just cut little bits off with a knife. Maybe have some cucumber slices with it.

You're supposed to eat some cheddar with some fresh apple slices so you don't shit a Buick.

I've eaten fresh mozz this way and loved it. Don't know how people can enjoy the low moisture stuff the same way. More power to em though, cheese is great.

Cheddar with granny smith apple slices is a god tier snack.
I like to dip my cheese in yellow mustard, too, for maximum tang.

I used to buy a bag of fresh mozzarella on the way home from work every day. I mean the wet, watery cheese in a brine. Not that hardened, processed grated shit.
I'd eat it on it's own while browsing the web.

Miss that.

This is why they sell string cheese in individual tubes. They sell cheese in square logs for snacking as well.

To me, I would prefer a caprese salad than eating mozzarella out of hand like that. But, a cube of gouda or creamy rich sharp cheddar, ooh yes.

Try microwaving it. Not until it melts, just to soften it a bit
