i want to make low calorie greek yogurt
since i cant reduce the amount of calories in yogurt the only option i have left is to mix the yogurt with something less calorie dense to increase its weight but try to keep the same calorie value
i was thinking about beating and folding egg whites, what else can i do? is there something i can mix with corn starch and add to my yogurt?
