Wendy's suffers from massive inconsistencies. The quality of the food everywhere relies on the quality of the employees to some extent, but nowhere else suffers from inconsistencies like Wendy's. McDonald's, Taco Bell, Arby's etc have their procedures and recipes airtight and designed so even a retarded nigger can't fuck it up unless he really tries. But the quality of Wendy's depends completely on the affluence of its neighborhood and by proxy the whiteness (and greenness) of its employees.

If you find a Wendy's in a rich neighborhood, such as by a white people mall, or in a small all-white town, you will get the greatest fast food of your life. White teens and young adults make the best fast food because they feel an innate sense of duty to do well, view the fast food job as a stepping stone to greener pastures, and have not yet developed hatred or skepticism for employment as a general construct.

If you find a Wendy's in the ghetto or anywhere near enough to black people that they can make it there to work, or in very poor white neighborhoods where the older adults have no better employment prospects, the fries are soggy and poorly seasoned, the chicken is not crispy, the burger toppings are scant and wilted, etc. They do not give a fuck because this place will be their coffin. They have nothing better to look forward to and they take it out on your frosty and fries.

The potato didn't do anything wrong. If the employee doesn't fry the fries for the recommended amount of time, the fries are soggy. If management pushes drive-thru times and food waste as more important than food quality, the fries suck and they suck on purpose. Same with all the rest of the food - I've had fantastic Wendy's, so I know it's not the food provided to the stores that is the problem, nor their actual protocol. The only other variable between Wendy's corporate supply and me as the customer is the employees in any given building.
