Do you have some original takes on hamburgers?
I've been thinking about wrapping the insides in a langoš dough and using gulash gravy instead of a normal sauce.

All I can say is that the langoš part sounds awesome, I feel like gulash gravy would be overkill though

One of my friends who's a chef used to leave a hole in the middle of the patty and towards the end of cooking crack an egg in there so it finishes sunny side up. Adds a nice egg yolk to it.

Also, stuffing the middle of it with cheese and pepperoni for a pizza alternative.

Oh right btw I've seen people putting caramelized onions on burgers, I've been meaning to try that myself

I make burger patties using the same recipe I use for meatballs, then top with a slice of mozzarella and some marinara. Shits dope.

Yes, I made this one some time ago and it worked great, friends was surprised and asking for more.
Roquette
Apple
Roquefort
Beef patty
Onion caramelized in red port wine.
It seems strange but it was a success.

Two really easy things that I think add a lot to a burger.

Roll the edges in a good amount of black pepper, and dress your lettuce. Shred it first then mix it with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, it really adds a lot of flavor.

I'd slice the apple a much more thinly, but looks excellent. 9/10

Thick slice of tomato, finely chopped cilantro and onion, a pinch of your favorite hot pepper sauce, havarti cheese and a nice big spoon of French-style green beans, straight out of the can. Make sure you use a nice bun.

I stick with the KISS rule.
Keep It Simple Stupid
Fuck that stupid hollywood celebrity crap where they over produce everything for the sake for charging $500 for a $5 burger.
