Hey guys
There was a home run inn frozen pizza in my freezer that's been there since December, but my oven broke.

I'm frying my pizza in a skillet of bacon grease on my grill while drinking moonshine and mountain dew.
Has anyone tried this before? Does it work?

I guess we'll find out if you live to post about it

Why wouldn't you just throw it directly on the grill like a normal person?

Microwaving until warm then finishing in a covered pan to melt the cheese is the best way to reheat delivery pizza if you like a crispy crust.

Correct answer.

Wrong. Fry in a pan over medium heat, topping side down, until you first start to hear some sizzle and then keep it there for another 45-60 seconds. You won't displace or fuck up the toppings by starting leftover pizza with the crust facing up. Once that side has warmed through and you've gotten a little color on the cheese, flip so the crust is facing down and keep it there until the pizza is warmed through and the crust has crisped up again.

I'm sure someone has tried that before, and yeah it will kill you.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhh, sounds fine in theory but depending on crust thickness you're going to have to press that shit down with a spatula to warm/melt the top real well and that's not practical if you're doing many slices at once. You can do many slices at once with the microwave+covered pan method if you have a big pan.
Also,
>You won't displace or fuck up the toppings by starting leftover pizza with the crust facing up.
I somehow doubt this applies to all pizza styles and all toppings.

It really won't, but you wouldn't know that. You need fruit pectin to create methanol and even at that rate you create it at exactly the same rate of wine. So.. maybe stop sounding like a stupid cunt.

My fav thing with leftover pizza is take 2 slices heat them in the microwave till the cheese is a bit melted then sandwich them together and crisp up both sides in a frying pan

what do you think it does, create chlorine gas?

It's frozen bread, tomato sauce, cheese and cured meat. All you're doing is heating it up differently than the directions tell you to. It's not like it's gonna kill you or anything.

He’s cooking a frozen pizza, not reheating leftover pizza.
