What are some egg heavy recipes? I have some chickens, and we're not eating the eggs fast enough, and they'll start spoiling next week. I've been eating eggs for breakfast, but I don't feel like it every day.

I don't, but it's still only like a month, right? That's definitely a benefit of fresh eggs though. Saves a lot of fridge space.

A month if you don't refrigerate, like four months if you kept unwashed but do refrigerate them. If you're getting eggs to quickly, why not give a few away to family / friends?

Fuck off, vegan. Even with your retard vegan mentality, how is is wrong to keep chickens, treat them right, and harvest/eat their eggs? They're living a good life, and the owner gets to eat the eggs.

OP has a issue with having TOO MANY EGGS. And he knows it but he keeps overproducing. You turned it into a anti vegan argument than the solution I offered. Keeping it as a pet instead of making it produce eggs you dont need because you have too many

I think a pound cake can use 6 eggs. Make a couple of pound cakes in those disposable loaf pans and freeze em.

Get disposable muffin tins and make breakfast egg scramble muffins to freeze as well; eat em for breakfast

Crack an egg on your dog’s kibble. Omega-3’s and healthy fats to keep his skin and coat nice.

Make tamagoyaki, egg dumplings, egg custard tarts, scallion pancakes—have a super eggy dim sum for dinner

Flan, creme brûlée, caramel custard

If it were me though, I’d just eat a stack of poached eggs on grilled toast for every meal. It’s one of my favorite things.

hardboil a dozen, you can keep them like that or take the shells off and pickle them. Quick and tasty snack. Put them on a salad or sandwich, boom.

Also baking is a great way to use eggs, choux pastry (like for creme puffs) uses several eggs. Custard and meringue work well together, one requires lots of yolk and the other lots of whites. Lemon curd is also yolk heavy, long keeping and great on bread or yogurt.

Savory wise, make a quiche or big boy omelette.
