How do I completely cook the egg whites without burning the bottom? Gooey white egg looks disgusting like semen and tastes quite similar as well.

There are two ways. Either fairly high heat and lots of butter or oil and properly fry them. You have to baste the egg white with a spoon. The result is a crispy bottom, set whites and a runny yolk. Alternatively just do low heat and cover the pan with a lid. Same result, just no crispy bottom. But there is no recipe anyway.

Medium heat, lots of butter. Break egg in and then spoon butter over top to cook the white and seal the yolk but keep it soft.
