Cut it up into chunks, pour some salt and balsamic vinegar over it. I've never thought of any other healthy vegetables I could add to that bowl to make a better, healthier salad, unfortunately. 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lime
1 heaping pinch of cilantro, onions, jalapenos, and tomatoes.
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 ripe avocado

>Mix all together and coat evenly, then smash all together into a paste.

>Add avocado and smash to desired consistency.

>Coat all off the smashed avocado with the aforementioned ingredients left at the bottom of the bowl.

>Serve with tortilla chips.

This recipe is a guaranteed hit. It's delicious.

I think of Avocado more like a condiment or spread.
Kinda like really thick mayo or butter.
