I bake my pizza with just cheese. Once it's out the oven I shingle prosciutto on it, place a few handfuls of arugula on it, sprinkle the whole thing with sea salt and pepper and hit it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Best pizza ever.

"Mexicana" is just the name our Paki/India/Turks called this kind of Pizza. To be honest, i havent eat a good one for years besides of the few a Buddy with Pizzastone made. If you live in a small Town in Germany, DONT order Pizza from Turks/Osmans. That shit is nasty.
