Nissin are okay but what you're looking for in general is noodles dried by baking and not by deep frying in tropical oils which is why most ramen noodles are so bad for you. If you can get them they're usually in much larger packs of just plain noodles.

I have a 5pack of this shit and I struggle to eat it even after dressing it up. Its not bad its just mediocre. Like a 30cent bag of top ramen chicken flavor but I paid a dollar for it. Nothing really makes up for how thin it tastes. It's really nothing but salt and whatever they use to imply creaminess

There is a lot of confusion/crossover between east Asian variants of the same dish.

I usually make miso ramen with dried shitake mushrooms, miso paste, green onion, chicken stock (no salt), red chilli, pan fried tofu, sesame oil and greens.

But I prefer the Chinese versions with djoubanjiang
