I'm thinking about making lasagne for Mother's Day lunch and I'm gonna make the sheets.

My questions:

Should I boil them first or can I put them directly onto the dish?

The sheets should be thicker than pasta for, say...tortellini?

Are you seriously asking whether fresh pasta should be boiled or baked?

I made it once and boiled before for a few seconds, it was perfect, but came out soft after the lasagne baked.

Again, are you asking whether fresh pasta should be boiled or baked first?

fresh pasta will probably be fine if you don't boil it first

It only needs to boil in water for like, 90 seconds or so, so a bunch of time in the oven swimming in molten sauce will cook it

No, tendies are reserved for those that know how to cook.

Are you asking whether fresh pasta should be boiled or baked?
