I scramble eggs in the microwave all the time. No butter or bacon grease or lard or whatever... I mix them up with some milk and whatever I want to go in with them like pepper or veggies and such. The trick is to use a bowl and mix it all up and put 'em into the microwave on high.

Wait while watching them until they start to expand. Shut off the microwave, take out the bowl and stir. Repeat. This usually takes about 20 seconds for each time. Microwaves will vary for the timing.

When they are pretty much done I can either just eat them right away or throw 'em on a tortilla and toast it with other goodies.
Great breakfast that's fast and easy... I usually zest it up with herbs and spices.

You have to monitor them or else you will have one hell of a mess to clean up if the thing explodes.
