Bought some of this brazilian spam from the dollar store, pretty alright. Made musubi with it, turned out OK, only had enough nori for four rolls, though, so I packed it up with some rice and fried it the next day with some egg.
Gonna buy some regular spam tomorrow and see if there's any real difference in texture or at least how well it holds together, because the few times I've fried this stuff, didn't exactly keep its shape.

My favorite way to eat it is just slice it in about half inch slices then pan fry on medium-low heat until crispy on the outside.
