How do you like it? It's great on bagels with cream cheese, as part of a sandwich, added at the last second to a creamy pasta, or just eaten on crackers with pepper jack or something like that. I guess I should have also said it's great in eggs or omelettes. I suppose you could pan fry it or oven heat it, but it would be hard to see why.
