I hunger for variety.

Here's my favorite one:

about 400g of condensed milk (that's how much comes in a can around here)
1/3 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 generous tablespoon of cocoa powder
2.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Just sift the 2 powders into a bowl with the condensed milk, add the vanilla extract and mix everything together with a fork or a whisk.

Pretty cheap, done in 5 minutes and won't even give you diabetes this week.

Melt equal parts good chocolate and double cream, mix, allow to cool.

Make into small balls and coat with chopped nuts, cocoa, coconut or whatever else takes your fancy.

You can try flavouring it with peppermint, vanilla or orange extract before it cools for something different.

>Cheesecake crumble
Cream cheese
Some jelly or marmalade of your choice of fruit
Sugar
Crushed graham crackers

If you like a cakey texture, you can mix in some egg whites that are beaten into soft peaks and then throw the mix into the oven.

Peanut butter balls are simple to make, I mix equal parts peanut butter and honey (although I've been using half honey recently), then add some oats and dried milk. Some recipes call for rolling the balls in cornflakes, but it's not required

Forgot to mention half & half. The measurements are up to what you prefer in terms of taste and texture, since the recipe is impossible to screw up.

basic bitch banana milk shake, ice cream optional
>a cup (2.5-3dl) of cold whole milk, UHT mil is actually good for this because it's kinda sweet
>a small amount of vanilla or banana ice cream (no fat free shit)
>4 bananas, on the verge of being overripe
>quite a few ice cubes
>vanilla extract
whizz it with a stick blender in a very large jar, it should yield about a liter of goodness
if the bananas aren't near overripe, add a table spoon of sugar, I use cane sugar
I've made it without ice cream but if you have some use it, but not too much

Peanut butter, sugar, flour, put in bowl, mix with spoon, roll into balls, put on sheet, smoosh with fork/spatula, bake.

Can be made sugar free with the right peanut butter and sweetener instead of sugar.
Can be made gluten free with almond flour instead of flour.

Easy to make in batches for a large crowd.
