Yes. It's significantly harder to get into than Harvard and graduating from it pretty much guarantees you a successful life in the upper echelon of McDonald's.

What it isn't is a school for culinary arts, it's primarily a business school. The only somewhat cooking related topic they teach about is the health code and how to just barely avoid violations while keeping costs as low as possible.
