I do enjoy Shin Ramyun though, I'd add chopped cabbage, a piece of seaweed and a fried egg. Call that dinner on lazy days.

Try to cook them with Chickenbroth instead of Water. Add some Tofucubes,Green Onions and fresh Beansprouts. 2-3 Slices of Chickenbreast and a few drops Sesameoil. Maybe a splash of Soysauce and a splash Lemonjuice.
