No. Mike's is basically Sprite with a little alcohol in it. Mad Dog is more like a shitty, dollar store fruit drink cut with the cheapest booze you can find. Despite the meme, not many people actually drink Mad Dog; it's pretty expensive for what it is and most of the flavors are terrible. Having worked in both low-income white and black areas, it was pretty consistently cheap wine, Icehouse, Keystone, Natty, and tallboys of Hurricane, and whatever 12-pack is currently on sale.
