Just made coconut curry chicken and it looked similar. I use basmati rice though and not regular rice. I'd try your dish just to see how it tasted though.

Very based replies, thank you. I am insecure about my food because it doesn't look like it came from Instagram. I was also afraid of showing it to my filipina e-gf (who I'm going to marry) because I thought she might think it's bad. She didn't, and the curry was delicious.
