Okay guys I am back from the grocery store. Here is my haul:
>Can of Black beans
>Can of Ranchero beans
>2 cans of refried beans
>Oaxaca Cheese
>3 Pepper Gouda
>Blend of Monterry Jack, Colby and Muenster
>85% lean ground beef & seasoning mix
>Jalapeno Slices
>Cilantro
>Onions/Tomatoes
>Local hot sauce
Would it be too much to do refried beans and the black/ranchero? And how did I do?

For the refried beans try mixing in a bit of sour cream after some seasoning and cheese.

>> No.13987274

best nachos has all of the chips separated and ingredients laid upon them individually. Shit like that becomes a soggy mess.

Or just get a tostada. Nachos are stupid unless it's the americanized dip version.

Corn chips, hot pickled jalapenos and any freshly grated cheese that melts well. Anything else is down to personal taste.
>>13985483
Not bad. Could have been better with sour cream, guacamole or salsa, whatever you prefer.
