Chinese food is incredibly diverse throughout the different regions and nothing like Americanized options. My GOAT meal I’ve ever had is MaPo Dofu with Szechuan peppercorns and pork. That being said is anybody else impressed how every single americanized Chinese food all has the same menu names for their food, it’s like they all coordinate to buy the same shorty faded menu photos and use an official nomenclature to name their food.
