The optimal diet for a European is would be any and all raw animal products, seasonal local fruit and tubers.

Agriculture is extremely difficult to manage, takes to much energy for little reward.
You would be better off using that energy hunting and gathering.
All the plants we have today are man made, genetically modified.
Humans didn't have plants that could grow and produce like today, it would have been a complete waste of time.
Also when I say veggies I'm implying things like broccoli, leaves and shit.
A pepper is a fruit, tomato is a fruit, squash is a fruit, cucumber is a fruit, etc.
But even those things would have been so fucking rare and almost non-existent in the past.

It's not like this anything new anon. I'm not telling you not to eat bread or enjoy it. I'm (and pretty much all dentists and paleo-anthropologists) telling you that eating excessive amounts of bread and not getting that shit off your teeth quickly will rot them. Carbs and simple sugars are what the bacteria in our mouths live off of.

I agree with that, you should never eat excessive amounts of bread just like you should never consume excessive amounts of everything. A balanced diet is what keeps you healthy and brushing your teeth after a meal is something that should be common sense. But it also depends on what kind of bread you eat, there are breads with more carbs and breads with lower carbs. A good example that I can come with would be sunflower seed bread which compared to whole-wheat bread is much healthier.
