Depends on how busy they are.
I find places that has lots of turn over are good.
But some places that are usually slow will have stale buns despite being steamed and the onions lost their flavor

I remember visiting my grandparents in florida several years ago and seeing a commercial for Krystal. Had two blonde girls on it talking about how, after years of research, Krystal came up with the chicken on a stick. Looked like chicken tenders on a stick. Did that shit really happen? How does it takes years of research to come up with that? It's possible I'm just remembering the commercial wrong after all this time.
