First off, this is high purity corn syrup. This is sugar that was a dissacaride in the form of sucrosa (glucose + fructose) turned into its primary constituents. What this means to other nation haters is that America has cared for creating a highly consistent monossacaride on par only with honey which is why this is a great sugar source for fermentation.
