some of their beers are fine, but the flagship west coast ipa is shit. i just hate everything west coast ipas stand for though. the ubiquity of that style made other ipa styles very uncommon on the west coast for a while, and now the west coast is playing catchup on other styles.

They're able to shit out a metric ton of beers somehow. Don't know much about them; just that they're craft and I like craft, but it looks like they also do wine.
They're okay. I've had more than a few of their stuff, but the flavors are a little too rich for me and they tend to fall on the bitter and dry side; at least, for what I've had.
I'd say give one a shot that sounds good to you. They're definitely good beers, just a lot of show.

None of them sound good to me though. Interesting, but not very good and I fear what you stated, way too rich. The only sweet stout I've had recently that I liked, actually loved, was the prairie apple Brandy barrel aged bomb. I didn't realize how hard it is to get and only bought one.
