Airplane Food Jokes are older than anyone who will post in this thread, but that aside what is it about first class food that is so comfy? Even a simple salad and an omelette tastes so good. Maybe it's the fact that you're essentially paying so much for it, but I got long legs and I'm not poor so fuck coach.

The airlines that don't completely go under during the shutdown are going to have to completely restructure their business plans to maintain profitability going forward. Flying is going to be completely different from it used to be, and the perks are likely to be much less extravagant.

If you upgrade to first class on a uk train you get free food. I take an hour long train for a £3 upgrade, which is the same price as a meal deal. IE pay for the meal deal and get leg room for free.
Also means i don't have to be around the unwashed.

The food on planes is not good, whether it’s first class or economy. The good thing about first class is leg room and booze. It’s nice getting warm rolls handed to you I guess. Even if the food were good, you really can’t taste it as well as you could on the ground.

Lounge buffets are awesome. At the BA lounge at Heathrow I always load up on black pudding and hash brown sandwiches and drink like a bottle of rose champagne while watching tv and queuing up podcasts for the flight
