Soak it properly with hot water and stiff nylon brush should suffice for everything. If not use one of those stainless steel wool pads with those very large metal curls, those absolutely fantastic. The other kind of pads, with dull, very fine and very scratchy steel wool, will take off anything including your real seasoning.

I've fucked one up like that and I tried to just clean it out with water but then stuff later tasted like burnt food. best thing to do is clean the majority off then run really hot water in your sink and get the pan warm and use hot soapy water on it to clean as much off as possible. I also suggest a nylon brush over steel wool, they work great.

you won't be able to clean this properly without needing to fix the seasoning. I would personally be really rough on it when cleaning it and just do a quick reseason of the cook surface on the stove top.
