I get tired of just water. I quit soda over a year ago and have lost a ton of weight.

But I still like to have a flavored drink with my biggest meal of the day.(usually lunch)

Coffee. Good coffee tastes good by itself and is 0 calories, add a splash of cream if you want to zip it up I guess but that will add ~30 calories to it.

Gatorade Zero is pretty good, it's like 20 calories for a 32 oz bottle.

I personally prefer lemon and white cherry, but you just gotta find the one that works for you.

I run a lot. 60ish miles a week. I hate myself, and my family is all alcoholics, so I run instead of drinking. Ultima is by far the best sports drink I've ever used. Light flavor, loads of electrolytes and very low calorie. Infinitely better than syrupy Gatorade and the like. Try it.
