Are nickel bags still a thing? Last I cared, it was 1998 Chicago and 1999 San Diego and nickel bags were definitely real. Particularly if you were willing to blaze your goods with the seller. Maybe the best description of a nickel is “you pay somebody $5 to smoke a skinny joint with them, then you leave with barely enough to ever get high again.”

Change my view

When I was a kid I used to get $5/day for lunch money, a neighbor got the same so we'd like buy a dag of doritos for lunch or something then spend the money on video games. Either way from high school there were video game places all over. There was one that big ass one on 1st ave near 61st or so that became some strip club chippendales, then some big ass Russian liquor store. I don't know what it is now, maybe some stupid condominium or storage company.

>> No.13812819

Last times I looked, no, a $5 bag of weed is like barely one hit now. When I was a kid a $5 bag would be a decent amount for multiple joints.

Yeah. They're usually a gram or gram and a half of shitty ditch weed so you'll get a blunt or a couple joint's out of each one. Depends on how fat the guy stuffs those shitty little 1in.x1in. baggies they sell it in.
