I'm making this recipe:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR77JU-VVMY

I only have sea salt. I do not have kosher salt of table salt.

Can i use sea salt instead of Kosher salt? Will that work for pickling? I know i cant use table salt for pickling bc of the iodine.

what do you guys think?

also if anyone has any tips for peeling hard boiled eggs plz let me know.

place them on a flat surface with your palm on top of them and roll them. I don't know why sea salt wouldn't work. My understanding is you use kosher because it doesn't have iodine in it, neither does sea salt.

Should be fine if your melting it in the solution.

Did you never consider that peeling eggs is actually easy if you’re dextrous and not a total SPED?
I don’t have to use any stupid tricks and I’m sure I’m just as fast as any other faggot.
